Our accounting team carefully tracks project expenses and provides detailed monthly reporting, giving you confidence and transparency throughout the build.

06 | Completion & Beyond
The final stage of your project is just as important as the first. Before completion, you will walk through your new home with our team to review every detail and create a final punch list to ensure everything meets our standards and your expectations.
Upon move-in, you will receive a comprehensive closeout package including applicable city documentation, product manuals, warranties, and professional final photography of your completed home. Our relationship does not end when construction is complete—we remain committed to supporting you long after you receive the keys.
