Ryan grew up in Snohomish, WA and attended Central Washington University where he received degrees in both Business Administration and Construction Management. Starting at the age of eight Ryan was on his fathers jobs cleaning out houses which in later years evolved into packing lumber, carpentry, and operating machinery. In recent years Ryan has worked for commercial contractors Hensel Phelps Construction in San Francisco and Turner Construction in Seattle. During those years Ryan helped manage the construction of high rises, health care facilities, and tenant improvement projects. Today Ryan takes an office roll with KHD by heading land development, permitting, accounting, estimating, bank packages, proposals and other various day to day activities.
