Ken and his family are longtime residents of the region. Ken grew up in Bellevue, WA and attended Washington State University. With over 30 years of construction experience in all facets from development to client and bank relations Ken has grown his residential construction company by constructing over 140 high end homes in Snohomish and King County. Today Ken personally estimates and manages every project and still enjoys working with his hands on site.
Ryan grew up in Snohomish, WA and attended Central Washington University where he received degrees in both Business Administration and Construction Management. Starting at the age of eight Ryan was on his fathers jobs cleaning out houses which in later years evolved into packing lumber, carpentry, and operating machinery. In recent years Ryan has worked for commercial contractors Hensel Phelps Construction in San Francisco and Turner Construction in Seattle. During those years Ryan helped manage the construction of high rises, health care facilities, and tenant improvement projects. Today Ryan takes an office roll with KHD by heading land development, permitting, accounting, estimating, bank packages, proposals and other various day to day activities.
Spencer grew up in Snohomish, WA and attended Washington State University and Central Washington University. During high school and college Spencer apprenticed and studied along side a master craftsman in fine woodworking. Out of college he worked as a superintendent and finish carpenter for BlueWave Construction in Kirkland, WA. With his background in fine woodworking he has developed a keen eye for detail. Spencer started out with Kemp Homes & Development as a finish carpenter. Today Spencer is a superintendent for KHD overseeing projects throughout Snohomish, King, and Kittitas County.
